- 85g maitake mushrooms, separated into small clusters

Tear konjac into bite-sized pieces and boil in a pot of water over medium heat for 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Dry-roast the konjac in a frying pan over medium heat until the surface dries. Add maitake mushrooms and chili, stir-frying for about 2 minutes until the mushrooms soften.
