- 🦐 6 headless shrimp (90g)
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms (100g)
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

- 150cc olive oil
步驟
Tear the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Crush the garlic clove with the flat side of a knife. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili pepper.
Peel the shrimp, slice open the back, and remove the vein. Wash the shrimp and pat dry.
In a small frying pan, add olive oil, garlic, and chili pepper. Heat on low until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and maitake mushrooms to the pan. Cook on medium heat until the mushrooms are cooked through. Add salt and mix well.
