    • 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
    • 🧅 1/2 onion

    • 1 bay leaf
    • Chopped parsley, as needed
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasonings

    • 1 consomme cube
    • 🍅 200g (1/2 can) canned tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 100cc water
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Trim the base of the maitake mushrooms and separate them.

Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Sauté until fragrant, then add the onion and cook over medium heat.

Add ground meat to the pan and cook over medium heat until the meat changes color. Then add maitake mushrooms and sauté until softened.

Add kidney beans, bay leaf, and all seasoning ingredients (☆). Mix well.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
