Dough
- 5 dumpling skins
Syrup
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 🍬 5 tbsp sugar
步驟
Cut the dumpling skins into rectangular shapes.
Fold each piece in half and make diagonal cuts to create a mountain-like pattern.
Take one end and thread it through the center hole to form a twist.
Heat oil in a pan and add enough to submerge the dough pieces. Fry on low heat.
Flip the pieces occasionally for even cooking.
Remove the pieces once they turn light brown and drain excess oil.
Combine sugar and water in a pan to make syrup. Heat on low without stirring.
Once the syrup reaches a thick consistency, it's ready.
Add the fried dumpling skins to the syrup and coat them evenly.
Remove the coated pieces and let them cool until the syrup hardens.
