Madeleine Batter
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 30g sugar
- 🧈 50g butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
步驟
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease the madeleine molds.
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Add the maple syrup to the egg mixture and mix well.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and fold gently.
Gradually add the melted butter and mix until smooth.
Fill the madeleine molds with the batter, about 2/3 full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the madeleines cool slightly before removing them from the molds.
