- 🥔 1 medium potato
- 🌱 20g frozen edamame
Meat
- 🐖 12 slices pork loin for shabu-shabu
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🥛 2 tsp milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods. Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and rinse in water to remove excess starch.
Place the potato in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Mash until smooth and mix in milk, butter, and salt and pepper. Add the edamame and mix well.
Divide the mashed potato mixture into 6 portions and shape each into a small oval. Lay two slices of pork in a cross pattern, place the mashed potato in the center, and wrap tightly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the pork rolls seam-side down and cook while turning occasionally until evenly browned.
Once the pork is cooked through, remove excess oil from the pan and add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce). Coat the rolls evenly with the sauce.
