Main Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Marinade
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sliced chili

Mince the green onion and onion.

Boil water in a pot and gently add eggs using a ladle. Simmer for 7 minutes, then transfer to cold water to cool. Peel the shells.

In a storage bag, mix the minced vegetables with the marinade ingredients. Add the peeled eggs and gently coat them. Seal the bag, removing excess air, and refrigerate for 2 hours to 1 day.
