- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 🐖 80g thinly sliced pork
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌾 Pinch of white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Thinly slice the onion.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.

Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and mix well.

Add mayonnaise and mix quickly. Pack cooked rice into a bento box, top with the stir-fried mixture, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
