    • 🧀 30g pizza cheese

    • 150g ground meat
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
    • 🥕 1/3 carrot, minced
    • 🍅 200g canned whole tomatoes
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 1 tbsp flour
    • 1 tbsp ketchup

Mix the meat sauce ingredients in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Stir, then microwave uncovered for another 5 minutes until the liquid evaporates.

Combine pancake mix, egg, and salad oil in a bowl. Divide into 10 portions, roll into bite-sized balls, and arrange around the edge of a heatproof dish. Embed sausages into the dough.

Place the meat sauce in the center, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
