- 150g minced pork
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the lotus root into quarter slices, then thinly slice horizontally. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced pork and stir-fry for about 4 minutes until the fat is released. Add lotus root and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and dissolve the miso while mixing. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
