Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Protein
- 150g frozen soy meat
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili bean paste
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 💧 300ml water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the chives into 5mm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the frozen soy meat over medium heat.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili bean paste, garlic, and water) and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add the cornstarch slurry to thicken.
Add the chives and mix briefly.
Cook the somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water, and drain well.
Plate the noodles, pour the sauce over them, and top with an egg yolk.
