Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 50g steamed soybeans
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 🥬 1 lettuce leaf (30g), shredded
Meat
- 🐖 50g ground pork
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧀 1 tsp grated cheese
- 1 tsp salad oil
Taco Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
步驟
Mince the onion, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and shred the lettuce.
Place the steamed soybeans in a plastic bag and crush them coarsely with a rolling pin.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add the crushed soybeans and minced onion, and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the taco sauce ingredients (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco) and stir-fry to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the rice in a bowl, layer with shredded lettuce, and top with cherry tomatoes. Add the cooked taco mixture on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
