Meat
- 🐖 10 slices pork loin (thinly sliced)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Coating
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Breadcrumbs as needed
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Cooking Oil
- Cooking oil as needed
步驟
Shred the cabbage and place it in a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle with salt and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Lay out the pork loin slices and sprinkle with salt and potato starch.
Place the cabbage on top of the pork slices and roll them up. Use another pork slice to wrap the cabbage portion securely.
In a container, mix the egg, flour, and water until smooth to create the batter.
Dip the rolled pork into the batter and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan to 180°C. Fry the cutlets for 1–2 minutes on one side, then flip and fry until golden brown.
