Breadcrumbs
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Herbs
- Pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍅 1 can (400g) canned tomatoes
- 2 tsp consomme
- 💧 100cc water
步驟
Cut the onion in half. Slice one half thinly and finely chop the other half. Microwave the chopped onion in a heatproof container at 600W for 1 minute.
In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add ground pork, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until sticky. Shape into bite-sized balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook while rolling them until browned. Add sliced onion and stir until coated with oil.
Add the sauce ingredients (☆) and mix. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and cook until the sauce reduces by half. Adjust seasoning with extra salt and pepper if needed. Serve and garnish with parsley.
