Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 🐟 50g tuna tataki
- 1 pack mekabu
Vegetables
- 5cm peeled nagaimo
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Egg
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/2 tsp wasabi

Peel the nagaimo and place it in a plastic bag. Mash it with a rolling pin until smooth.

In a bowl, mix mentsuyu and wasabi thoroughly to create the wasabi sauce.

Combine half of the wasabi sauce with the tuna tataki and mix well.

Place cooked white rice in a serving bowl. Layer mekabu, mashed nagaimo, tuna mixture, and onsen egg on top. Sprinkle chopped green onion and drizzle the remaining wasabi sauce.
