Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 4 shiso leaves
Seaweed
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
Condiments
- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)

Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents.

Mix the extracted mentaiko with mayonnaise and mentsuyu in a bowl.

Peel and thinly slice the avocado.

Spread half of the cooked rice thinly on half of the nori sheet.

Layer half of the shiso leaves, avocado slices, and mentaiko mixture on the rice-covered half of the nori.

Fold the nori over to create a compact onigirazu. Repeat for the second serving.
