Main Ingredients
- 10cm (300g) nagaimo
- 1 piece mentaiko
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧀 2 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 2 stalks finely chopped green onion
- 🧈 10g salted butter
步驟
Peel and grate the nagaimo.
Cut the mentaiko open and extract the roe.
Finely chop the green onion.
In a bowl, mix the grated nagaimo, 2/3 of the mentaiko roe, and the egg.
Add the seasoning ingredients (cheese, mentsuyu, green onion, butter) and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish and bake in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes, checking occasionally.
Top with the remaining mentaiko, butter, and green onion before serving.
