- 2 pieces (100g) mentaiko

- Mayonnaise as needed
- White sesame seeds as needed

步驟
Cut 1/2 piece of mentaiko into bite-sized pieces for topping. Remove the contents of the remaining 1 1/2 pieces.
Place nagaimo in a plastic bag and crush finely with a rolling pin. Mix with mentaiko and water. Tear nori into small pieces.
Grease a heatproof container with salad oil, pour in the mixture, and bake in a toaster for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Add mayonnaise, green onion, nori, mentaiko topping, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
