- 4 tbsp chirimen jako

- 2 tsp mayonnaise

Cut open the mentaiko skin and scrape out the roe.

Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well.

In a bowl, combine spaghetti, sesame oil, soy sauce, mayonnaise, mentaiko, and chirimen jako. Mix well.
