- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice

- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 2 asparagus spears (40g)
- 🌽 40g canned corn

- 🧈 15g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder

- 💧 Water to rice cooker line

Cut mentaiko into 3cm pieces.

Trim asparagus, peel lower 10cm, and slice diagonally.

Add rice, seasonings, and water to rice cooker, mix, and flatten. Place mentaiko, corn, and butter on top, then cook as usual.

After cooking, add asparagus, steam for 5 minutes, and mix gently.
