- 1 pack (170g) shirataki noodles
- 1 piece (35g) mentaiko
- Sufficient amount of shredded nori
- 2 shiso leaves
Butter Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
步驟

Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the roe. Thinly slice the shiso leaves.

Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and blanch briefly. Drain and place in a bowl.

While the shirataki noodles are still warm, mix in the mentaiko and the ingredients marked with '☆'.

Plate the noodles and top with shiso leaves and shredded nori.
