Dry Ingredients
- 100g shiratamako (glutinous rice flour)
- 150g pancake mix
- 🧀 40g powdered cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Wet Ingredients
- 50g mentaiko (1 piece)
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Filling
- 🧀 12 pieces candy cheese (60g)
步驟
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut open the mentaiko and scoop out the contents with a spoon.
Place shiratamako in a bowl and crush any large lumps with a spoon.
Add milk to the bowl and mix until smooth. Then add beaten egg, mentaiko, and salad oil, mixing thoroughly.
Add pancake mix, powdered cheese, and dried parsley to the bowl. Knead until the dough forms a cohesive ball.
Take 1/12 of the dough and wrap it around one piece of candy cheese, forming a ball. Repeat for all 12 pieces.
Place the dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
