- 2–3 tsp mentaiko flakes
- 5g mitsuba leaves
Sushi Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) warm rice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Egg Topping
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

Prepare sushi rice by mixing warm rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
