Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seafood
- 1 mentaiko (30g)
Vegetable
- 🧅 3 green onions, chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 300 ml water
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
Thickening Agent
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 1/2 tbsp water
步驟
Chop the green onions into small pieces.
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add the rice, and stir-fry until it becomes fluffy. Add mentaiko, salt, and pepper, then mix well. Add green onions and stir briefly. Remove from heat.
Clean the pan, add the sauce ingredients, and bring to a boil. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs and cook until they float. Stir gently.
Plate the fried rice and pour the egg sauce around it.
