Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 1 piece mentaiko (50g)
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 stalk white part of green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Finely chop the white part of the green onion.
Cut the mentaiko lengthwise and scoop out the contents with a spoon.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beaten egg, and cook until semi-set. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and separated.
Add the chopped green onion and mentaiko, stir-frying for about 1 minute until well combined. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry briefly.
