- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasoning
- A pinch of aonori (seaweed flakes)
Mentaiko Mayo
- 25g mentaiko (1/2 piece)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
步驟
Scoop out the mentaiko filling using a spoon. Mix mentaiko and mayonnaise in a bowl to make mentaiko mayo.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the skin on. Wrap each potato in a damp kitchen paper and then in plastic wrap. Place them in a microwave-safe container and heat at 600W for 5 minutes. Let them sit for an additional 3 minutes.
While the potatoes are still hot, make a cross-cut on each potato. Add equal portions of butter and mentaiko mayo on top, then sprinkle with aonori.
