- 1 pack of steamed Chinese noodles
Vegetables
- 1 cabbage leaf
Seafood
- 1 mentaiko (50g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

- 💧 1 tbsp water

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

- An appropriate amount of shredded nori
步驟
Cut the cabbage into 3cm squares.
Make a cut in the mentaiko skin and extract the contents into a bowl. Mix with mayonnaise to create mentaiko mayo.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Add steamed Chinese noodles and water, cover with a lid, and steam for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove the lid and stir-fry for 2 minutes while loosening the noodles.
Add the mentaiko mayo to the pan and stir-fry to combine. Adjust the taste with salt. Serve on a plate and sprinkle shredded nori on top.
