- 🍚 1 serving of cooked brown rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧀 1 slice of low-sodium cheese
- 🍗 1 chicken breast steak
Seasonings
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
- A small amount of chicken stock
- A small amount of sriracha sauce
- 🌿 A small amount of parsley
步驟
Whisk the eggs to create an egg mixture.
Add cooked brown rice, diced chicken breast steak, and chopped green onion to the egg mixture.
Mix everything thoroughly. Season with chicken stock and sriracha sauce, or use salt and pepper if preferred.
Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes.
