步驟

Make a 1.5 cm slit in the center of each piece and twist the fish cake through the slit to create a decorative shape.
Mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and ketchup in a bowl to create the dipping sauce.
Place the twisted fish cake pieces in a microwave-safe container and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, totaling 2.5 to 3 minutes.
Serve the fish cake chips with the prepared dipping sauce.
