- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- Pinch of black sesame seeds
Grilled Salmon
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon (100g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Microwave Egg Roll
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Spinach Sesame Salad
- 🥬 50g spinach
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 🥢 1/2 tsp soy sauce
步驟
Season the salmon fillet with a pinch of salt and set aside.
Heat 1/2 tsp vegetable oil in a pan and grill the salmon over medium heat until cooked through.
In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together 1 egg, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Microwave the egg mixture for 1–2 minutes, stirring halfway, until set.
Blanch 50g spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
Mix the spinach with 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, 1/4 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp soy sauce.
Assemble the bento box with cooked rice, grilled salmon, microwave egg roll, and spinach sesame salad.
