Meat
- 150g ground meat
Dairy
- 150g firm tofu
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 minced onion
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- Chopped parsley as needed
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 50cc water
步驟
Mince the onion and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, consomme, and water in a bowl.
Place ground meat, tofu, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper into a bag and knead until well combined.
Cut the corner of the bag and squeeze out the mixture into two portions in a microwave-safe container. Shape with oiled hands.
Add shimeji mushrooms and divide the sauce evenly between the containers. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes.
