Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp white dashi
- 💧 50ml water

Remove half of the pumpkin skin and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (mirin, sugar, white dashi, water) in a microwave-safe container. Add the pumpkin and mix well.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes. Let it cool slightly and mix again.
