Fish
- 🐟 4 slices yellowtail fillet (400g)
- 🧂 To taste salt
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- To taste grated daikon
- To taste kaiware sprouts
步驟
Sprinkle both sides of the yellowtail fillets with salt and sake. Let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce).
Place 2 fillets each in two microwave-safe containers. Divide the sauce evenly between the containers, coating the fillets. Let marinate for 5–10 minutes.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Remove, spoon the sauce over the fillets, re-cover, and microwave for another 1 minute at 600W.
Serve on a plate with grated daikon and kaiware sprouts as garnish.
