Main
- 800g pork spare ribs
- 🍊 3 mikan (Japanese tangerines)
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Italian parsley, as needed
步驟
Massage pork spare ribs with salt, pepper, and grated garlic in a bowl.
Juice one mikan and peel the remaining two, cutting them in half.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sear the spare ribs on medium heat until browned.
Add the seasoning ingredients, mikan juice, and cut mikan to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.
Remove the spare ribs and mikan, then reduce half of the cooking liquid over medium heat until thickened.
Pour the thickened sauce over the spare ribs and garnish with Italian parsley.
