- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🧡 2 tbsp soy-marinated salmon roe
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 100g lotus root
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Seasonings
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp water
步驟
Prepare sushi rice by mixing cooked rice with sugar, salt, and vinegar.
Slice cucumber thinly to resemble the Milky Way and set aside.
Cook beaten egg with sugar and salt to make a thin omelet, then slice into strips.
Sauté lotus root and shiitake mushroom with sake, mirin, soy sauce, and water until tender.
Arrange the sashimi-grade tuna, salmon, and salmon roe on top of the sushi rice.
Decorate with cucumber slices, egg strips, sautéed vegetables, and sesame seeds.
