- 200g thinly sliced pork loin (10 pieces)
- 2 pickled plums
- 8 shiso leaves
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Coating
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 4 tbsp white sesame seeds
Vegetables
- 40g shredded cabbage
