- 100g minced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g), diced
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Dairy
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Herbs and Spices
- A pinch of dried parsley
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Soup Base
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 💧 400ml water
步驟
Dice the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain the water. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the minced pork and cook until the color changes. Add the prepared vegetables and lightly stir-fry. Then, add the soup base ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper, and water) and mix well. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the grated cheese to the pot and mix well. Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle with dried parsley.
