Main
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets (2 pieces)
- 🥔 300g potatoes (2 pieces)
- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 💧 400ml water
- 2 tbsp miso
Finishing
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
步驟
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Cut the yellowtail fillets into thirds.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the yellowtail and cook until browned. Add the potatoes and stir until coated with oil. Add consomme and water, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Gradually dissolve miso into the pot and mix well. Add canned corn and simmer briefly.
Serve in a dish, garnish with chopped green onion, sprinkle black pepper, and top with salted butter.
