- 🥔 2 potatoes (200g), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, halved

步驟
Break the mackerel into rough pieces.
Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water briefly. Arrange the wet potatoes in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until softened.
In a heatproof container, layer the potatoes and mackerel. Top with shredded pizza cheese and cherry tomatoes. Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
