Main
- 🥛 100g silken tofu
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 1 tsp dried seaweed
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
步驟

Cut the king oyster mushroom in half lengthwise and slice thinly.

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.

Heat water and dashi powder in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add the mushroom, tofu, and seaweed, and simmer for 1 minute.

Turn off the heat, dissolve the miso into the soup, and heat gently until just before boiling. Remove from heat.
