- 10 snow peas
Protein
- 150g silken tofu
Seaweed
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
Liquid
- 400ml water

Remove the strings from the snow peas. Cut the silken tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Rehydrate the dried wakame in water and drain off excess moisture.

In a pot, bring water and dashi powder to a boil. Add the tofu, wakame, and snow peas, then simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and stir in the miso. Warm the soup gently until just before boiling.
