Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Vegetables
- 1 bunch mitsuba, chopped
Seafood
- 1 piece mentaiko
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 600ml water
步驟

Cut mitsuba into 3cm pieces. Remove mentaiko roe from its casing.

Boil water in a pot and cook somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Heat the pot and add all ☆ ingredients to prepare the soup base.

Add chopped mitsuba and drizzle sesame oil into the soup. Serve noodles in bowls, pour soup over, and top with mentaiko.
