Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 1 bunch mitsuba, chopped into 3cm pieces
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Seasoning
- 💧 200cc water
- 80cc concentrated soy sauce (3x)

Chop mitsuba into 3cm pieces and thinly slice the onion. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

In a frying pan, heat water, soy sauce, and onion over medium heat until the onion softens.

Add mitsuba and pour in the beaten eggs. Cook until the eggs reach your desired consistency, then turn off the heat.

Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of white rice.
