- 120g boiled octopus
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of pepper
步驟

Trim the mizuna roots and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the octopus thinly at an angle.

Mince the garlic and place it in a bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 40 seconds until fragrant.

Add the dressing ingredients (sugar, fish sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, pepper) to the bowl and mix well.

Combine the mizuna and octopus with the dressing and toss well.
