- 100g mizuna
- 5g dried seaweed mix
Dressing
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Rehydrate the dried seaweed mix in plenty of water and drain well. Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces after removing the roots.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (ground sesame, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil). Add the mizuna and seaweed mix, then toss to combine.
