- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain well. Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil). Add the mizuna and wakame, then toss to combine.
