- 50g canola oil

- ☕ 5g coffee powder
- 15g warm water

步驟
In a bowl, mix egg, canola oil, and heavy cream until combined. Add sugar and salt, then mix well.
Dissolve coffee powder in warm water and add to the mixture. Stir until well incorporated.
Sift in flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips gently.
Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes. Test with a toothpick to ensure doneness.
