Dry Ingredients
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 3g baking powder
- 🧂 1g salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🍬 100g sugar
- 90g whipped cream
- 🥚 2 eggs
步驟

Mix whipped cream, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.

Sift all-purpose flour and baking powder, then add to the wet mixture. Mix until combined.

Transfer the batter into a piping bag.

Prepare the madeleine molds by brushing with butter and dusting with flour. Shake off excess flour.

Fill the molds up to 80% with the batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 17–20 minutes.
