    • 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
    • 🧂 A pinch of pepper
    • 1.5 tbsp curry powder

Finely chop the onion, ginger, and garlic. Wash and chop the molokhia leaves.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.
