- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Trim the ends of the Moroccan green beans and cut them diagonally into 2cm pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.

Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add squid and stir-fry over medium heat until the squid changes color. Add green beans and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, black pepper, and butter) and stir-fry until well combined.
